My first instincts: That is not a picture of the boy and your manager? Say no! [It isn't - it is from a leaflet as produced by Chance UK.]

    I think the picture is
    a) inapporpriate for you to publish their faces and

    b) hugging up the child like that is considered inapporpriate! No school teacher or 'professionals' (male or female) working with children would be seen dead even posing like that these days. Times have changed; however innocent the intentions.

They clearly are an amateur organisation and I am glad you have shown them up. You have been slighted and treated shabbily and understandably angry. I would say the only way to help this organisation is to get involved with them and change them from inside out.

Alternatively find out who their funders are and see if you can't influence them to hear your story and ask for a three-way with the funders. You know how to do that. Best of both worlds my ass. We are ALL the best of both worlds.

Of course this is not an image of the aforementioned individuals. It is a picture from the Chance UK "About" page hosted on their server, readily available on the internet, and linked to here from their site. I am therefore unable to alter it.

Do you know if the manager and the boy are related? Sounds a bit fishy to me. These people always like to slip their friends and family into the system to get preferential treatment. Bet you I'm right!
